Be my eyes is a responsive website & dedicated mobile app, specially designed for accessibility people, this app and website going to help them like an assistant. simply Be my eyes is a specially designed website and dedicated mobile app for blind people & who are not capable of good vision.​This is a conceptual case created as part of my UI/UX certification
The problem:
This app is based on accessibility people & their problems, the blind people can’t do the small-things like daily routine in there life, it is ok when they have someone by their side, but when they are alone they are frustrated about their daily routine works.
The goal:
Creating an assistant app for blind people, like volunteer call and different applications associated in the app which help them to find their needs, by assisting them through voice assistant.

In my research I conducted qualitative and quantitative, for qualitative research I asked 3 basic questions like what kind of problems they face in their daily lives and I took 3 quantitative survey.
Competitive audit
I did a competitive audit to find the competitor's strengths and weaknesses by downloading their accessibility apps, and read their audience review comments, This gave me the clear idea about users pain points.

Padma is a home wife who has an accessibility issues (blind), need help to do her works when her, husband and kids are not available at home, she also can’t able to make a call for help makes her really frustrated.

Karthik is a full-time job holder and a bachelor, who is suffering to do his own daily routine works, like finding his glasses, water and felt like alone in apartment.

User flow reflect's the user journey from launch of the application, exploring it's function to completing the task I created a user flow.

Recollect
This was my third case study after entering the UI/UX world, It was quite exciting to do. Since this was a conceptual case for my certification, I had to come up with everything from the scratch. It was challenging because I need to create both mobile app and responsive website & that to an accessibility . So, I tried to understand the pain points and discovered & designed a product.
